2026 Emmy Nominations: Sterling K. Brown, Quinta Brunson, Ayo Edebiri & More Score Major Nods
The Television Academy has revealed the official nominations for its 78th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, with Emmy winners Liza Colón-Zayas (The Bear) and Jeff Hiller (Somebody Somewhere) announcing the lineup this morning.
The exciting announcement highlights incredible Black talent across major categories, featuring standout nominations for Sterling K. Brown, Colman Domingo, Chase Infiniti, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Quinta Brunson, Ayo Edebiri, and more.
Voting for the winners will run from August 17–26. The 2026 Emmys will air live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, September 14 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, with Mariska Hargitay serving as host. The Creative Arts Emmys will precede the main telecast on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
