In 93 ’Til, two young creatives do something increasingly rare: they choose presence over distraction. Over the course of a single day in Philadelphia, Rahmell (Petey McGee), a struggling artist, and Yannie (Sophia Parola), a vintage clothing curator carrying the weight of inherited dreams, allow themselves to slow down; to talk, listen, and connect without the armor of screens or expectations.
As music, art, and memory guide them through the city, the film becomes an exploration of intimacy in a culture that resists stillness and attention, asking whether love can endure when nothing holds our us for long.
This film will mark Alterik Miller’s directorial debut and also stars LaRoyce Hawkins (Chicago P.D., Southside), Taryn Delanie Smith (Harlem), Kris D. Lofton (Power Book IV: Force), Keith Arthur Bolden (Reasonable Doubt, Black Lightning), Jason Louder (Black Lightning, Wu-Tang: An American Saga) alongside Philadelphia-based talent including Skeet Carter.
