Boogievision Creative Studio's 'The Loyalty Test' Turns A Viral Phenomenon Into A Deadly Thriller
Boogievision Creative Studio, the film and television company led by acclaimed writer, director, and producer Michael “Boogie” Pinckney alongside producer and casting director Ashlee C. Pinckney, announces the release of its latest psychological thriller, The Loyalty Test, which is streaming now exclusively on Tubi.
In an era defined by social media obsession, performative relationships, and entertainment driven by public humiliation, The Loyalty Test delivers a provocative psychological thriller that interrogates the cost of digital fame and the dangerous intersection between betrayal and viral notoriety.
When guests from a viral relationship exposé series begin turning up dead, charismatic host Trey Harrison is thrust into a chilling game of survival. As paranoia spreads and trust collapses within his inner circle, Trey is forced to confront a disturbing possibility — someone is targeting the very people his show publicly exposed. To survive, he must unmask a vengeful killer before he becomes the final subject of the experiment he created.
The film stars DeQuan Ryan, Dejuan Gibbs, Renato Skinner, Zenobia Hudson, Jenna West, Charles Mitchell, and Carson Hooks.
ABOUT THE FILM
Synopsis:
Trey Harrison is a confident but morally conflicted digital creator who has built an online empire exposing infidelity through orchestrated sting operations. Alongside his trusted production team — smooth-talking decoy Caleb, seductive provocateur Khloe’, and loyal cameraman Cody — Trey transforms heartbreak into viral entertainment.
At home, however, his girlfriend Kiylah Delgado grows increasingly concerned that the empire he built is beginning to consume him, both professionally and personally.
When two former participants — Derrick Carter and Reggie Ballard — are found brutally murdered after being featured on The Loyalty Test, Trey’s carefully curated world begins to unravel. Detective Taylor Hawkins, a sharp and relentless investigator, is assigned to the case and quickly zeroes in on Trey and his team.
As the investigation intensifies, the online world erupts into chaos. Fans, critics, and digital sleuths ignite a viral conspiracy theory surrounding a so-called “Loyalty Curse,” pushing Trey’s circle deeper into fear and suspicion. At the same time, a quiet and unassuming former contestant, Penelope Phelps, emerges from the shadows — her trauma and heartbreak slowly revealing a far more dangerous agenda.
As threats escalate and the murders grow more personal, Trey receives a chilling
message: “You air dirty laundry. I bury it.”
In a shocking final act, Penelope is revealed as the orchestrator behind the killings, driven by a belief that Trey monetized human pain while turning her own humiliation into public spectacle. Determined to end the show permanently, she kidnaps Trey, intending to make him her final victim.
In a tense and emotional confrontation, Kiylah risks everything to save him, forcing Trey to finally reckon with the human cost of his digital empire. The ordeal leaves him shattered and transformed, ultimately dismantling his show and confronting the audience with an unsettling truth: Some secrets were never meant to go viral.
Featuring a dynamic ensemble of emerging and established talent, The Loyalty Test continues Boogievision Creative Studio’s commitment to showcasing compelling, performance-driven storytelling.
A GROWING SLATE OF ELEVATED THRILLERS
The Loyalty Test continues the momentum for Boogievision Creative Studio following recent genre successes including Reality TV Murders, an exclusive Peacock release that fused true crime with reality television satire, and Deadly Squatters, a modern housing nightmare reimagined as a psychological thriller.

Founded by Michael “Boogie” Pinckney, Boogievision Creative Studio continues to build a reputation for bold, character-driven independent thrillers designed for today’s global streaming marketplace.
