Netflix and Shondaland’s hit period drama, Bridgerton is expanding its world once again with the addition of three new cast members for Season 5.
Joining the upcoming season are Jacqueline Boatswain as Helen Stirling, Tega Alexander as Christopher Anderson, and Gemma Knight Jones as Lady Elizabeth Ashworth.
Details for Season 5 centers on Francesca Bridgerton (Hannah Dodd) navigating grief and new love after losing her husband, John Stirling, with the story focusing on her blossoming, "yearning"-filled romance with Michaela Stirling (Masali Baduza). As the show's first queer-led season based on the book When He Was Wicked, it explores Francesca's dilemma between practical choices and inner passion.
