Apple TV+ has released official first-look images from Season 2 of its hit series ‘Dark Matter,’ starring Joel Edgerton alongside Jennifer Connelly, Oakes Fegley, Dayo Okeniyi, Amanda Brugel, Alice Braga, and Jimmi Simpson.
The official synopsis reads: “Season two picks up with the Dessens as they settle into a quiet life in a world that finally seems safe—until the unimaginable forces them to run once again. As Jason’s obsession with the Box deepens, Daniela’s (Connelly) growing paranoia pushes her to the brink, threatening to unravel their fragile stability. Elsewhere, Amanda (Braga) and Ryan (Simpson) join forces in a desperate attempt to find their way home, while Blair (Brugel) is determined to stop him and Leighton (Okeniyi) relentlessly pursues his vision of a perfect world.”
Season 2 will consist of 10 episodes, with the first episode premiering globally on Apple TV+ on August 28, and additional episodes releasing every Friday through October 30.
