Prime Video and Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier Society has debuted the first official trailer for ‘The Greatest,’ an upcoming biographical drama series starring Jaalen Best as boxing legend Muhammad Ali, slated to launch globally on Amazon Prime Video.
Rather than focusing solely on his legendary ring victories, ‘The Greatest’ offers a deeply personal look into the life of the humanitarian and cultural titan. The series centers on the quiet moments behind the fame, stripping away the public mythology to explore Ali as a husband, father, brother, and son.
Jaalen Best (All American: Homecoming) takes on the title role as Cassius Clay / Muhammad Ali, joined by Omari Hardwick (Power), Dana Gourrier (Django Unchained), Amin Joseph (Snowfall), Kai Parham (Vows), Michael Ealy (Barbershop), and Giovanni Ribisi (Avatar).
Created and showrun by Ben Watkins (Cross) through Blue Monday Productions, the project is produced by Outlier Society alongside Authentic Studios, Roc Nation, Polygram Entertainment, and Grace: A Storytelling Company. Notably, Ali’s widow, Lonnie Ali, serves as an executive producer, granting the production direct cooperation from the late icon’s estate.
‘The Greatest’ makes its global debut November 4, 2026, streaming on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories.
